A native of Tarragona, Spain, Executive Chef Jose Zamora began his career working in the kitchen of a family friend’s restaurant. Since getting his first taste of working as a professional chef, Mr. Zamora has achieved two degrees in the culinary arts, one from Cordon Bleu in the United States, and the other from the Institution Culinario de Cambrils, in Spain. Chef Zamora’s vision is focused on working with high quality purveyors to create dishes showcasing the freshest ingredients with dynamic techniques and presentation. At Tio Pepe, Chef Zamora aims to serve cuisine that is more than just great food. Ultimately, he hopes to plate memorable experiences for each guest.
